Workforce Development

We are committed to Workforce Development at all levels. There are ample opportunities for "developing" the workforces of all sizes of organizations (primarily through consulting and knowledge transfer). However, when we use the term, we're primarily focused on empowering unemployed and underemployed young adults; in other words - developing human capital.

Our general target audience is young adults (approximately 18-to-30 years old) who are unemployed or underemployed. We believe that local churches will provide the pipeline to help us locate these young people and help us qualify them.

We use two primary tools to develop this untapped human capital:

  1. The IC3 Certification, an internationally-recognized computer literacy certification.
  2. The WorkKeys job skills assessment, a system that measures real-world skills and leads to a Career Readiness Certification.

Please contact us if your church or organization is interested in one of two scenarios:

  1. Implementing a program at your location.
  2. Sponsoring a program.
