 For the Individual Subscriber

1.       We build courses to teach you the techniques, not just show you the techniques.

·         We offer a niche subscription of training content, starting with the Office Suite. Videos range from 20 seconds to a maximum of 15 minutes. The system allows you to easily find the techniques you need—then watch and perform them.

·         We take it a step further by not just adding the video content and hope you find it. Courses are organized so that you can quickly accomplish a goal or task. For example, if you are in the midst of an upgrade you can watch our course on “Everything You Need in the First 15 minutes of Upgrading.” This course has the items that quickly get you up to speed on the changes that most affect your productivity with upgrade. We have spent over four years implementing upgrades all over the United States and have seen what works best for the end user.

·         In addition, we have courses built to aid you effectively learn a technique. Example: “Pivot tables in Excel.” Anyone can be shown how to use a pivot tool, but if you don’t know the fundamentals or the technical expectation, building pivots is terribly painful. Watch our courses and you’ll find it to be simple: We know the proper set ups and how to determine if the data is effectively set up to use the pivot commands.

2.       Build your own course(s).

·         It happens over and over again: You “learn” it, don’t apply it for weeks, and then you have to “relearn” it. Our system allows you to build your own course(s) to support your own work.

·         For example, suppose you work with a certain report objective every month. With techknowledgeondemand.com, you can build a course to support you through the report. You can name it whatever is appropriate and add the videos that apply to meeting that objective effectively. Therefore, rather than spending hours trying to “recall” how to perform the report, you can watch your videos that take you through the process.

3.       Access to a forum built to support YOU.

·         Technical people have used forums for years to work through and troubleshoot their problems. You can search for information on the Internet and stumble across your answer, and some people just go straight to the forums that specialize in their information.

·         Here you will find forums that are specific to the subscription. For example, you will find a forum on Office that supports Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access etc. You can search to see if your question has already been answered and even post your specific questions and answers.
